One Fine Night

There Goes my Saturday

Made this flash disk and a family shio figurine as a gift for Lauren. She is the daughter of my office mate, who has resigned recently. I, Lauren, and her mom have the same shio, rabbit, so the age gap of each of us is 12 years =D. 

I asked for colors, and Lauren said pink n purple. So I assume, those are her fave color. I also gave her the yellow n pink flashdisk pouch.

As for the figurine,  a horse dad, rabbit mommy, and rabbit Lauren. They are having picnic in the park with lotsa doughnuts and tea. It is spring so the foil and grass are covered with blooming flowers. Lovely!

And so after everything is done, I packed them and ready to deliver them to Lauren's house in Serpong. I made a quickstop at a fruit shop to buy fruits for Lauren's Mom. As Honey was busy picking the apples and oranges, I took my time strooling around the shop. 

Catching up with  friends  is always a fun thing to do. After having a chit chat for and hour or so, we decided to have an early dinner at Serpong. The place was nice, we ate at a lesehan near the corner. After we almost finished, the rain fell down heavily. I loved it! For a moment I almost forget that I was stil in Serpong. The chill breeze, the smell of the rain, and the twilight made me think like I was in Puncak or Bandung =D.

Serpong traffic at Saturday night was such a disaster. The road has no line seperator, so it was a mess. But I need to fulfill my promise to my sister. So from Serpong, me and honey drove to Tangerang and visit Tia to buy a BB.

It was a tiring day, but I was happy =)

Romantic Proposal - Miu Craft

Her fiance (now husband) proposed her in Japen, by the river of Meguro.
Yes I know, so sweet right!
She just registered her marriage in Bali last week, the reception is going to be held in Malang next week. She invites me to her wedding.
But too bad I can't come.

After almost a year, I finally could meet Mercy again. Just a quick late lunch cause I had to get back to office, and she had another appointment.

Pale Pink Noodle

I took another day off today and went to my old school to enjoy 'bakmi encik'.
I was wearing this vintage dress my sister bought me. I love it alot, though my mom said that I look like I had a baby bump.

I ate 2 bowls. Ha!
One is the original chicken noodle, and the other one is chicken noodle cooked with Indomie goreng seasoning. Nom nom!
Not to worry, I only ate half each, so it was only one portion in total =D.

In the car in our way home, suddenly we smell something really bad. My sister than started laughing and opened the window! She farted!
My mom then said, "Hey Nenk, dont poo in the car."
It was funny. We kept on laughing with each of our faces looking out the window.

Anyway, I felt like giving my room a new facelift. It now has branches and colorful birdies on the wall.

In the evening, I went to church to make a confession, my old English Course, Segarra, and karaoke to end the day.

Abstract Black

I am feeling mellow today.

Not because of the weather of course because the sun is like in an angry state lately.

Well, it must be because the conversation I had with my dad last night.

We talked for like 3 hours, that I slept at 2AM last night.

We talked about oh so many things.

About people, life, family, things that have happened in the past, life purpose, thought of things, and so many more. It was a very heavy conversation.

Sometimes I think that when we get older, our burden is also getting heavier.

Not because it is really heavy, but because we keep on thinking that we are carrying a heavy burden, that even though God has lighten it up or even take it away from us, we are still stumbling carrying the 'heavy' one.

Ahh.. Reflection..

I suppose, it is a very good thing to take time everyday, just to be silent, listen deeper, and be thankful for EVERYTHING and ANYTHING.

I am a believer.

I believe that there is no coincidence in life, and what we have now is already the best from the rest =)

Anyway, this is what I wore to work today.

Cable Cat

Let me introduce you to a very cute Persian named Wendy.

She is very beautiful, quiet, and elegant.

When I met her, she was just from her favorite cat salon.

And her smell was very good. I liked it!

Actually, I dont like cats. I think they are stupid, rude, and simply annoying.

But Wendy was different =)

This is where she loves to sleep. On top of the cable =S

Err.. I think this could be dangerous.

But look at how peaceful she is when she sleeps =)

Wave,Lace, and Curl

Went door handle shopping last Thursday.

We picked the right one.

And the left one for this one.

I was not feeling well that day. Headache and my throat was sore.

I needed some rest, I know.

Was wearing my handmade skirt =)

O Paris

Tuesday 15/03/11

The weather is so nice today.
It's windy and a lil bit of rain.

Made this eiffel yesterday and happy with the result.

This is me with the finished order.

Went home early, and the weather was still nice. The rain has just stopped. Aaa.. Happy!

Go straight to honey's house and tried to see which wallpaper we like the most.
The top three was the black on white (no picture), the white on black (upper left), and the grey one.  

The grey one is actually too soft, but Honey loves how it looks like the painting.
So the winner is.. the grey one.
Yay!!

Lovely Sunday

Last Sunday was a fine day for me.
*And before you start reading, Im warning you, this one is going to be a long post.*

I finally could finish all order on time, of course with the help of the best team in the world, my family.
I slept at 3AM to finish the order, and got up at 6Am to do the pakaging.

This is me and my Frizzy hair. No time to do the styling.

Thank God for lovely customers =).

And this is a funny thing I found..
My honey drew cute things on the plastic. I told him to write the name, such as BigBang, Shinee, CNBlue, Suju, atc.. But seemed like he liked to draw something extra =D. how adorable.
 

Nurul took her order by herself at 7AM in the morning, and she gave me her homemade risol. Aaaah.. So sweet!
The first time ever my customer has ever given me anything ;D

And they tasted very delicious! Ahh I can still feel the lovely cheese on my mouth *drooling all over again* 

Before Sunday mass, we had dimsum at Sunlake Hotel.
After Mass, we saw the Relic of Don Bosco.

According to Wikipedia, A relic is an object or a personal item of religious significance, carefully preserved with an air of veneration as a tangible memorial. Relics are an important aspect of some forms of Buddhism, Christianity, Hinduism, Shamanism, and many other religions.The word relic comes from the Latin reliquiae, meaning "remains".
On a writing in the church I read that there are 3 types stages of relic.
1. This is the body part that is most useful when the saint is still alive. As for Don Bosco, her right hand is. So on the wax statue below, the right hand of Don Bosco is put in its heart.
2. The instruments/ stuffs that are belonged to the saint when he/she was alive, example: a robe, glasses.
3. The support instrumental of the 2nd relics.
I couldnt define them exactly as it was written, but this is the broad outline.

After family time, I went out with my gang, TERI Chan. Eliz was in Jakarta for a short trip, so, we decided to hang out all day.
