Bali Struck

On Lebaran holiday this year, me and my family went to Jawa-Bali with a pilgrimage tour, Robert Tour.
I was used to going with a complete family+honey, but this year, 1 of my sister is still in Melb n my honey couldnt join us. So i felt like something was missing.

We went on this trip with my aunt's family and many other people i dont know.
The trip was not so fun, but more to exhausting, inside-out. The space between the seats in the was too narrow, i couldnt even relaxed my feet. The whole tour participants also felt the same way. We protested but the tour guide, who is also the owner, made so many excuses, putting his decision to the righteous one. Bah! We went on the day before lebaran, it was not the best decision, i think, cause the road was so heavy that we had to spent 12 hours of our lives just to get to Salatiga.

But it was a pilgrimage tour anyway, so just go in silent with prayer.

Tidur, Pipis, Makan

Hai there!
It's been awhile since my last post. Hehe..
I'm not good with words and managing things, so my blog is just being forgotten, dusted in the corner of my mind. But now that I get very bored in the bus, i try to use my bb to post some stories.

Today is the second day of lebaran, for those who celebrate it, Happy Ramadhan!

Libur lebaran kali ini, me n my fam ikut Robert Tour, sebuah tur ziarah, untuk ziarah k Jawa Bali. Total perjalanan 9 hari 8 malam dan rencananya, kita ga bakal tidur d bus pas malam2. Jadi ga gt cape.

Skrg lg hari ketiga, kita baru jalan dari Malang menuju k Gilimanuk.
Di hari pertama, 19 Sept 09, kita ngumpul di Katedral jem 6 pagi untuk berangkat k Salatiga. Rencananya, kita akan bermalam di Salatiga.
But it turned out, the traffic was so heavy that the bus just stopped all the way. We had late lunch, very late dinner, and we arrived at Salatiga at 6 AM the next day. Haha.. Buat apa inep hotel ya kl gt. But the hotel had been booked, so we checked in at 6.30AM, showered, had breakfast, and checked out at 8AM. Too bad we can't stay there longer, cause I think the hotel was so nice. It is a 4 star hotel which is located across Taman Sari Department Store. The tour guide, which is also the owner, told us that our hotel location was so strategic. A lot of good food near the hotel. But yeah, men can plan things but it's God who made the decision. Nothing to be regret for.

At the 2nd day, which still felt like the first one, we headed to Malang from Salatiga. No more traffic cause we were far from the city or any crowd. All went as planned, we arrived at the hotel at 10 PM. On our way to Malang, we stopped for a while at Orion Solo to buy some snacks. But poor me, a city girl who don't like to eat traditional foods, I bought cadburry centre filled cookies instead. The guide said, the most popular snack there is Kue Lapis Surabaya nya. I tried a slice and can't tell the difference. It tasted the same with the one in Jakarta or anywhere else, I think.
Back to the hotel, it was Trio Indah Hotel, 1 star. It was an old-fashioned hotel, not so comfy, but we just stayed there for a while, so I didn't mind.

Here I am at the third day. Not much to tell. I just had my breakfast, and am heading to Gilimanuk. I get so bored that I just had my breakfast, but I already craving for lunch.

O yeah, before I go, I'd like to tell some more things.

On the first day, my uncle threw up a few times. Seemed that he couldn't travel for a long time by bus. He got so sick that he decided to go home. So we stopped my uncle and aunt at Tegal, but their children continued the journey with my fam. My uncle and aunt stayed in a hotel for a night, and they went home by train the next morning.
The owner which is also the guide is not a very nice guy. He is responsible and all, but he's also very bossy, talks in a loud voice, and look down people. It's not the I don't like him, but yeah, just say that I haven't known him very well. So, better get friendly.

My bus is stopping at a petrol station now. It's time to pipis again.

Seruni

Some of u might know this place already.
This is a hotel in Puncak which has a very nice decoration n view, Seruni..
I have stayed tere 3 times. Before u go, make sure u have made room reservatiom, because by weekend, this hotel is a hot spot. I have to booked 3 months prior, because al are fully booked. The last time i went there was 2 weeks ago. The room was booked on April. My dad has booked us another room for September. He has booked in since Mei. Geez. The business is running so well there.

Last Sunday, i went to my nephew birthday in Ce Wei. The blurry one was him. Sorry Calvin. haha..

Since I'm not such a good writer, I'll just repost what my friend has posted in her blog about our activities yesterday.

Here we go..

"Selasa
malam itu sebenarnya gw tidak punya rencana apa-apa. Biasa gw
menghabiskan selasa malem dengan duduk diam di depan tv, nunggu
desperate housewives nongol jem delapan malem. Tapi tiba-tiba ketika
jem empat sore sembari menunggu jam pulang kantor dan saya online di
hape, teman gw, si ainthedreamer (hehehe twitterholic) ngajak jalan
selasa malam itu. Yah karena saking penganggurannya dan sekian lama tak
bersua juga, tak ada salahnya dah ngobrol-ngobrol dan bertukar pikiran
dibanding nongkrong di depan tipi melulu (kayanya interaksi gw dengan
barang elektronik lebih besar daripada dengan makhluk hidup lainnya).

Walhasil
jem setengah delapan malam saya dijemput dan mulailah kami menjelajah
mal. Setelah setengah jam berjalan dari mal kelapa gading lima ke la
piaza,
kami merasa hampa. Hampa perutnya maksudnya.hahahaha. biasa dah
kebiasaan mulutnya pengen ngunyah. Kaya bayi yang baru tumbuh gigi,
kami juga butuh sesuatu yang enak, lezat, dengan harga terjangkau yang
bisa dinikmati. Walhasil dari la piaza kami menyusuri kembali mkg 1,
namun sepertinya tak ada tempat nongkrong yang enak, lalu lanjut ke mkg
2 (sembari membicarakan topik yang biasa dibicarakan oleh orang muda
macam kita tentunya, yakni pencarian arti hidup hahahha) namun tak ada
tempat yang menyenangkan juga. Sampailah kami ke ujung mkg 3 dan mkg 5
dan kami bingung. Walhasil kami berniat mencoba resto
baru di lantai dasar mkg3, namanya charmy. Nah setelah gw perhatiin
lagi, kayanya ini charmy sama kaya charmy yang jualan snow ice asal
taiwan deh.
Emang restonya juga jualan snow ice, cuma ditambah menu makanan macem
mie, bento, dll. Ya sudah lantas temanku sudah menentukan pilihannya
yakni snow ice rasa green tea ditambah topping siruo coklat, rainbow
sprinkle,
pudding dengan sebutir cherry (apakah satuan cherry ialah sebutir? Atau
setangkai?) di atasnya. Entah namanya apa, gw hanya membantu
mendeskripsikan saja.

Lalu
gue pengen mesen juga namun kebingungan mau pesen apa karena gw mau
semua hahaha. Maruk pisan euy. Akhirnya pilihan jatuh ke snowice rasa
kopi, topping sirup coklat, oreo, rainbow sprinkle, cherry dan kitkat.

Oh
iya, pelayannya bilang ke kita kalo es krimnya fat free, dijamin ga
bakal gemuk kalo makan sebanyak apapun. Bahkan mereka pernah masuk
kompas sebagai satu-satunya es di Indonesia yang ga bikin gemuk. Gitu
sih promosi si pelayan (yang menurut gw pasti punya hubungan darah ama
yang punya resto soalnya ini cewe mirip ama artis Taiwan yang maen
pelem seri it started with a kiss, entah siapa nama artis itu, lupa).
Yah sekilas-sekilas mirip cewe ini dah hahahaha

(langsung deh cowo-cowo pada penasaran dateng ke charmy haha)
Oh
iya, setelah snow ice gw dateng, gw jadi rada menyesal, karena walopun
die bilang fat free, tapi gw memilih topping oreo dan kitkat.. hahaha.
Sebuah kebodohan yang baru disadari belakangan. Pengennya ga dimakan,
tapi makanan ga boleh disia-siakan bukan? Tentu saja tak boleh.


Lantas
tak terasa waktu sudah menunjukkan pukul setengah sepuluh malem.
Setelah bayar makanan kita (eke dibayarin ain bo, xie xie ain hohoho),
kite menuju ke tempat parkir, namun sepertinya si ain masih belum puas
dan ngajak karoke hahaha. Hajar bah! Mari kita karoke barang satu jam
saja.hahaha. setelah sampe ke nav di seberang mal, ternyata roomnya
yang small dan medium full bo. Ajegile ternyata orang-orang pada seneng
karoke juga ya hari biasa. Ya sudah terpaksalah kami ambil room large.
Bayangkan empat orang mengisi room large, bisa jungkir balik dan roll
kopral lima kali (namun sayangnya tak sempat saya praktekan mengingat
waktu satu jam sangat terbatas, lebih baik konsen pada menyanyi).

atas adalah poto paling hot dari sesi karoke kemaren. Lihat goyangan si
ain? Itu aja kita lagi nyanyi coldplay’s in my place goyangnye bisa
kaya gitu, ga bisa gw bayangin kaya gimana gayanya kalo nyanyi cici
paramida’s RT5 RW3 ye? Hahahaha..
Satu
kejadian yang paling bikin gw ketawa geli pada malam hari itu ialah
lengkingan suara cowonya ain yang menirukan Michael Jackson yang ‘ih’
pendek itu loh. Yang lagi serius-seriusnya nyanyi lagu MJ, tiba-tiba
keluar lengkingan ‘ih’ Hahahaha. Aseli mirip banget. Mungkin juga
karena orangnya pendiem dan ga suka aneh-aneh jadi pas melakukan
sesuatu di luar dugaan langsung bikin geli haha. Gelo gelinya masih
berasa sampe sekarang bikin gw senyum sendiri tiap kali mengingatnya.
Oh iye, karena pacarnya ain suaranya bagus, jadi terpacu buat nyanyi
dengan nada yang benar hahaha. Padahal biasanya gw kalo karoke maen
tereak-tereak kaya di goa dan pasti suara serak tiap kali abis karoke
hahaha. Sayang sekali satu jem karoke mesti berakhir, sebelum Cinderella
berubah jadi upik abu, kita harus berpisah dengan kesenangan ini
(karokenya dibayarin lagi loh ama ain dan cowonya, jadi mau lagi eke
hahahaha ga tau diri). Jadi post kali ini saya berterimakasih buat ain
yang sudah mengajak saya bersenang-senang hahaha. Semoga kita jadi
semakin semangat untuk menjalani hari esok yeah!! Semangat dalam karier
dan cinta kite. Cihuyyy.


Oh
ya, entah mengapa ketika sampe di rumah gw jadi super excited dan ga
bisa tidur sebelum jem dua. Aje gile. Mungkin sesi karoke satu jem
menggantung dan mestinya digenapi biar puas, ato bisa juga karena
pengaruh kopi dari si snow ice itu? Entahlah. Buat yang lain ditunggu
ajakan karokenya juga! Okeh! Hohohoho. "
